To make a purchase
Orders can be accepted for delivery to addresses within the UK only.
To make a purchase, browse our shop and add any items that you wish to buy to the cart. When you have completed your selection, click on the Checkout button. Your order will then be displayed. Click on the Next button and complete the details requested to process your order and click Next. Your order and the details you entered are then displayed. When you click on the Pay Now button, you will be transferred to the PayPal secure server to process your payment.
Orders are accepted for delivery to addresses within the UK only. All prices include postage and packing to addresses within the UK. Orders are sent by 1st Class Royal Mail or overnight Parcel Force.
We will endeavour to process and despatch all orders within 2-5 working days or by a specific date if requested as a gift.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would prefer not wait.
We do not charge VAT.
We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment.
Due to its perishable nature, our cheese is not returnable. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and we will do our best to resolve your concerns swiftly. A full refund or replacement of goods will be offered if the goods are substandard providing we are notified within 24 hours of receiving goods.
